For me, owning and running a business that offers excellent customer service
comes naturally. I’ve spent 29 years managing both military and civilian
membership clubs. Customer service is where I try to excel for my clientele.
With so much 'high tech' capabilities and the
internet, 'high touch' for customer service has become a thing of the past. I
grew up in a member oriented business; so, it’s just natural for me to go the
extra mile to have a satisfied customer. I like to think of my store as a
Members' store. I want my customers to keep coming back to see me again and
again.
As owner and operator of
Consign and Design Interiors,
I use my expertise to help our customers realize the home of their
dreams within any budget. |
| The concept of the store is that you can
mix new pieces with quality “gently used" pieces to get the look and style you
want. We are very selective about the consignment furniture we bring
into the store. Each piece is hand picked and must represent quality and
value. The result is a wonderful
assortment of distinctive furniture and accessories - definitely not your
mother's thrift store. The mix includes chairs, sofas, bedroom sets, dining
room sets, recliners, wonderful chests and accent tables, mirrors, custom
ottomans, and just about anything you can imagine. While at the store, you can
also browse our
catalogues for pieces you don’t see in the store.
Consign and Design Interiors buys from
many different manufactures. Austin to Andre’, Palecek to Pulaski, Stanley to
Stein World, Howard Miller to Howard Elliot, Uttermost to Whitcraft and many
others in between. Many of our consignment items are from Ethan Allen,
Thomasville, Marge Carson, Bernhardt, Hooker and more.
Consign and Design Interiors carries a
nice assortment of gifts for all occasions. Kennebunk throws make wonderful gifts.
We are also an authorized Arthur Court Serveware dealer. These hand brushed
aluminum pieces are great for home warming gifts, holiday gifts, wedding
gifts or for yourself! It’s a great line for the person who loves the look of
silver but not the hassle of polishing it. |
